Jalta Rewards
Dear clients,
This year, we would like to offer you our new loyalty programme. It is our way of thanking you for the trust you have shown in us and rewarding you with a number of interesting benefits you can make use of after collecting stamps on your Jalta Rewards Passport. We will offer you this card at reception upon your departure from the hotel.
Programme Rules
- The Jalta Rewards Passport will be issued upon request during the first visit in the name of the guest or company. Holders of a Jalta Rewards Passport will become members of the Jalta Rewards Club.
- Each member of the Jalta Rewards Club will receive 1 Jalta stamp for every stay (but not for every night and room). You will receive the stamp during your first stay upon registering.
- Jalta stamps cannot be collected retroactively for any previous stays. The Jalta stamp will be issued to the programme participant upon request on the last day of the stay to which the stamp applies.
- Jalta stamps are only given for reservations paid for directly at the hotel. Reservations paid for by invoice will not be taken into account in the programme.
- Once the given number of stamps has been collected, the Jalta Rewards Club members can choose from the following rewards:

| 5 Jalta stamps | A voucher for the COMO Restaurant in the value of CZK 1,000 ** |
| 10 Jalta stamps | A voucher for the COMO Restaurant in the value of CZK 2,000 ** |
| 15 Jalta stamps | A voucher for the COMO Restaurant in the value of CZK 3,000 ** |
| 15 Jalta stamps | 1 night’s free accommodation including breakfast *** at the Hotel Jalta |
| 20 Jalta stamps | 2 nights’ free accommodation including breakfast *** at the Hotel Jalta |
* The transfer will be secured exclusively through the hotel’s Limousine Service after a prior booking has been made at the hotel reception. This reward does not apply to any taxi service other than the Hotel Jalta’s contractual carrier.
** The value of the COMO voucher will be deducted from the overall amount of your final bill at the restaurant. If the entire value of the voucher is not used, there will be no entitlement to a refund or the carrying over of the difference to your next stay. We recommend that you book your table at the restaurant in advance.
*** The free accommodation can only be applied as a reward within a prior reservation that has been confirmed with the Reservation Department. The free accommodation exclusively applies to Superior rooms and includes a buffet breakfast and all taxes and fees.
The use of the rewards is always conditional upon presenting a Jalta Rewards Passport with the appropriate number of stamps for the requested reward (see the List of Rewards). Only one reward can be applied for each filled-in Jalta Rewards Passport.
Participation in the loyalty programme is voluntary. By participating in the programme, you agree to the information you have provided being included in the database of the Hotel Jalta pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 101/2000, on Personal Data Protection. At the same time, you also agree to the sending of commercial messages or other information about the hotel or its services to your email address or any other contact stated.
The Hotel Jalta reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of this programme or to cancel the programme completely without any compensation or explanation. The right to enforce any participation in the programme or to enforce the provision of the rewards through the courts or in any other manner is hereby eliminated.
The Hotel Jalta reserves the right to refuse to accept any Jalta Rewards Passports that are illegible or have been damaged, stolen or acquired fraudulently or in any other dishonest manner.
Only individuals over the age of 18 may become members of the Jalta Rewards Club.
The operator of the Jalta Rewards loyalty programme is the Hotel Jalta, a.s., Václavské nám. 45/818, 110 00 Prague 1, Registration Number: 26506882, Tax Registration Number: CZ26506882, entered in Section B, Insert 7509 of the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague.
