Testimonial:Excellent hotel with superb location and very helpful and friendly staff-from the receptionist up to the general manager- we were a group and stayed in 5 rooms. None of the group members had any issue with neither the hotel nor its professional staff. We had an enjoyable vacation and I truly recommend the hotel that is going to be my “home” each time I visit Prague.

Testimonial:We were very impressed when we arrived early in the morning that our room was already available. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The Como restaurant was excellent for a great \"Czech\" style meal after an exhausting site seeing day. Combined with some good jazz music and Czech wine. Unfortunately we did not realise that had we mentioned we were staying at the hotel, we would have received a 10% discount. The breakfasts were very good and you certainly did not need to eat for a few hours!. The room was comfortable, however it is a great shame there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The shower also tended to spray everywhere and maybe the maintenance staff should check the showers in the hotel. The reception staff arranged a taxi to the airport and we would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

All requests dealt with efficiently. We will definitely recommend it to family/friends. Only small fault was the lack of a comfortable lounge area. Testimonial:Our family of 12, children, grandchildren and spouses just returned home to Canada after a 3 week tour of Europe which culminated in Prague, a 3 night stay at the Jalta Hotel. My wife and I have stayed at the Jalta on three other visits to Prague, the first time in 1958 just after the building was opened. Our latest stay was enjoyed by our entire family as were our previous stays. The accommodations were excellent, the restaurant was great and the staff was very helpful.. The location of the hotel to everything we wanted to see couldn’t be more convenient. Thanks to you and your staff, for this great family experience.
